Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at TV2 Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and deployment of projects, collaborating with our team in St. John, New Brunswick, and ensuring the successful execution of our plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to release schedules
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients
  • Ensure effective communication and project management skills, including written and oral communication
Requirements
  • Proven experience in program management, with a strong understanding of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
  • Exceptional technical knowledge and project management skills, with the ability to assign tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong leadership and time management skills, with the ability to facilitate and organize teams
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts
  • Risk management skills, with the ability to assess technical strategies and security controls
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience
Benefits
