Job Summary

TV2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement program plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
    • Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring that all team members are working towards common goals and objectives
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including sponsors, customers, and team members
    • Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle
  • Performance Evaluation and Reporting
    • Develop and implement performance metrics and evaluation criteria
    • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and lessons learned
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or a related field
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering successful programs
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
    • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and navigate complex business environments
