**About the Role**

TV2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and deployment of projects, collaborating with the team, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in program management, with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role
