Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Construction Supervisor to join our team at Plam Finishing Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of painters and decorators, labourers, and other construction personnel
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including production and other relevant data
  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff members as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including material requisitioning and equipment setup
  • Lead and instruct individuals, including training and development programs
  • Work with minimal supervision, making decisions and taking initiative as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a variety of weather conditions
Work Environment

Our construction projects take place in a variety of settings, including commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential locations. You will be working outdoors, often in noisy and dusty environments, and may be required to work at heights or in confined spaces.
