We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Construction Supervisor to join our team at Plam Finishing Ltd.
Job Summary:The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
- Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe work environment
- Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
- Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge
- Set up machines and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work at heights, outdoors, and in noisy environments
The Construction Supervisor will work in a fast-paced construction environment with a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
