Mechanical Integrity Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Inspection Engineer to join our team at ExxonMobil. As a key member of our Fixed Equipment Engineering team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the mechanical integrity of our assets across the Sarnia Complex.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of relevant Ontario/Canadian codes and standards, including CSA B51, Ontario Safety Codes Act, and Regulations for Boiler and Pressure Vessels.
- Assist with equipment calculations to support Fitness-for-Service assessments.
- Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, vendor bid evaluations, and other activities to ensure sound engineering and compliance with engineering standards and regulatory codes.
- Contribute to the generation of proposals, scopes, schedules, and budgets for mechanical engineering work.
- Support the development of mechanical specifications for Routine and Turnaround repair work, closely coordinating with Mechanical and Manufacturing Unit groups for repair quality.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong background in mechanical engineering. You should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and be currently pursuing or have recently completed your studies.
Preferred qualifications include a commitment to safety, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
