Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual to join our Life Service team at the RBC Insurance Advice Centre. As a Bilingual Associate, Life Service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, answering their insurance-related inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from clients regarding their life and health insurance policies
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding their policy details
  • Resolve client concerns and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Bilingual, fluent in French and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
