Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Process customer orders with precision, ensuring all requests are prioritized, organized, and completed on time.
  • Support the registration and processing of Canadian Complaints in accordance with S+N policy and Health Canada requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order status updates, back orders, and product substitutions.
  • Meet company KPI targets for call handling, order accuracy, customer returns, and complaint handling.
  • Contribute to a positive working environment that fosters our core values of Care, Collaboration, and Courage.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual with:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent business English and French communication skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of Windows and SAP.

Physical Demands

The ideal candidate will be able to work in an office environment and operate a computer for extended periods. Additionally, they should be able to lift and transport boxes for storage requirements.
