About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security and Governance Manager to join our team at BCAA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership in information security and governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and policies to protect BCAA's assets and data.
  • Lead and manage a team of security professionals to ensure the effective execution of security initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, and recommend solutions to improve BCAA's security posture.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for security initiatives.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of security controls and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on security-related matters to BCAA's business units.
  • Develop and maintain a risk management program to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks.
  • Collaborate with the cloud security team to ensure the secure deployment and management of cloud-based systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain a third-party risk management program to ensure the security and compliance of third-party vendors and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in security and governance, and apply this knowledge to improve BCAA's security posture.
Requirements
  • CISSP or equivalent certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in senior security roles, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven experience in cloud security, including AWS cloud environments.
  • Experience with EDR and SIEM environments.
  • Experience with CSPM tools and cloud guardrails.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
