We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security and Governance Manager to join our team at BCAA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership in information security and governance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and policies to protect BCAA's assets and data.
- Lead and manage a team of security professionals to ensure the effective execution of security initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, and recommend solutions to improve BCAA's security posture.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for security initiatives.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of security technologies and tools to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive security awareness program to educate employees on security best practices.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the security of BCAA's systems and data.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive incident response plan to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
- CISSP certification or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior security role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Experience with AWS cloud environments and cloud security technologies.
- Experience with EDR and SIEM environments.
- Experience with CSPM tools and cloud guardrails.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
