We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security and Governance Manager to join our team at BCAA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership in information security and governance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and standards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.
- Lead and guide a team of security professionals to ensure the effective implementation of security controls and measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain a risk management program to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, and recommend solutions to improve our security posture.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the security team, and ensure that security best practices are followed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and business partners to ensure that security requirements are met.
- Manage the security budget and ensure that security initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
- CISSP certification or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in senior security roles, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Experience in AWS cloud environments and cloud security posture management.
- Experience with EDR and SIEM environments, and cloud guardrails.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
