JOB SUMMARY

As the Client Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of client engagement, nurturing client partnerships, and enhancing sales performance. Your primary objectives will include:

  • Training District Managers and the Field Execution team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions of this role encompass:

  1. Driving revenue enhancement and identifying new sales opportunities.
  2. Leading initiatives that provide mutual benefits for both Acosta and our clients.
  3. Addressing issues swiftly while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and quality.
  4. Defining reporting requirements, analyzing outcomes, and sharing critical insights.
  5. Collaborating with field and internal operations leaders to develop strategic plans that meet client goals.
  6. Engaging in new business development efforts as required.
  7. Communicating effectively with field management and merchandising teams.
  8. Staying updated on new products, merchandising updates, and client training needs.
  9. Sharing best practices and undertaking additional assigned responsibilities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience needed:

  1. A minimum of five years in account management, operations, or retail merchandising.
  2. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  3. Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
  4. Knowledge of retail environments and experience executing resets across various channels (drug, mass, grocery).

Additionally, candidates should demonstrate the following skills:

  1. Capacity to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across various departments.
  2. Expertise in delivering quality field execution and coordinating with finance for precise invoicing.
  3. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
  4. A results-driven mindset with the ability to influence others.
  5. Creativity, teamwork, and a focus on achieving results.
