JOB SUMMARY
As the Client Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of client engagement, nurturing client partnerships, and enhancing sales performance. Your primary objectives will include:
- Increasing revenue streams
- Meeting profit targets
- Ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- Delivering high-quality program execution
- Broadening the spectrum of services utilized by clients
- Training District Managers and the Field Execution team
- Creating tools for effective field data collection
- Evaluating program effectiveness
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions of this role encompass:
- Driving revenue enhancement and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Leading initiatives that provide mutual benefits for both Acosta and our clients.
- Addressing issues swiftly while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and quality.
- Defining reporting requirements, analyzing outcomes, and sharing critical insights.
- Collaborating with field and internal operations leaders to develop strategic plans that meet client goals.
- Engaging in new business development efforts as required.
- Communicating effectively with field management and merchandising teams.
- Staying updated on new products, merchandising updates, and client training needs.
- Sharing best practices and undertaking additional assigned responsibilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience needed:
- A minimum of five years in account management, operations, or retail merchandising.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Knowledge of retail environments and experience executing resets across various channels (drug, mass, grocery).
Additionally, candidates should demonstrate the following skills:
- Capacity to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across various departments.
- Expertise in delivering quality field execution and coordinating with finance for precise invoicing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to influence others.
- Creativity, teamwork, and a focus on achieving results.
