Transformative Customer Success Leader

BoomerangFX, a leading healthcare SaaS solutions provider, is seeking an exceptional Vice President of Customer Success to drive transformative customer experiences. As a key member of our executive team, you will craft and execute a visionary customer success strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and execute a customer success strategy that drives customer value, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Inspire and mentor a diverse customer success team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive metrics to track customer health and success.
  • Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to champion customer needs and advocate for enhancements.
  • Be the voice of our customers at the executive level, influencing product direction and company strategy.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in customer success or account management.
  • Proven track record in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience leading large, high-performing customer success teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
  • Familiarity with performance management and marketing automation tools.
