Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement predictive maintenance programs to prevent equipment failures and optimize asset performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance and reliability initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address equipment issues.
- Work with the warehouse team to optimize spare parts inventory and reduce costs.
- Provide technical support to planners and schedulers to ensure efficient maintenance planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain reliability metrics and key performance indicators to measure asset performance.
- Participate in the development and implementation of maintenance and reliability strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Trade (JM) certification.
- 10+ years of experience in industrial plant maintenance, operations, or engineering with a focus on maintenance and reliability.
- Strong knowledge of hydrocarbon industry, automation, instrumentation, electrical, mechanical rotating or static equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities.
