VP, Strategy Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned VP, Strategy with a strong advertising background who can combine top-notch strategic thinking with a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Plans: Create smart comms and brand strategies that tackle real business challenges and drive results.
  • Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with creative teams to shape and guide standout ideas that make an impact.
  • Lead Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with different specialties to turn data and insights into strategies that drive success.
  • Drive Results: Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure they build brand value and deliver strong results.

As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with powerhouse brands and build lasting client relationships alongside top Canadian and global talent.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading teams across different specialties and building strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional understanding of branding and consumer motivations.
  • Educational background in a relevant field (psychology, cultural anthropology, or sociology preferred).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, and teams to keep everything moving smoothly.
