Job Overview

As part of the Braven team, the Dining Room Support Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience by assisting Servers in maintaining an organized and welcoming environment. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide knowledgeable answers regarding menu items, beverages, and restaurant services as needed.
  • Assist in delivering food to guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with Servers and Hosts to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of awareness in the dining area, performing cleaning and clearing tasks as necessary.
  • Adhere to all food safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Manage waste disposal, including changing linen and recycling efforts.
  • Relay guest feedback and comments to Servers to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team.

Qualifications

  • Hospitality degree or diploma is an asset.
  • Smart Serve Certification is mandatory.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient in following directions and prioritizing tasks.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
