About the Role

We are seeking a skilled EAP Counselor to join our team at Workplace Options LLC. As a Clinical Mental Health Professional, you will provide direct services onsite to support the mental wellbeing of employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and manage clinical cases
  • Deliver counseling services in a responsive and professional manner
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards governing service delivery
  • Refer clients to appropriate resources and maintain clinical documentation
  • Perform initial assessments, crisis intervention, and counseling services
Requirements
  • Master's degree or diploma in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
  • At least two years of experience providing counseling or mental health services
  • Licensure or clinical certification required
