We are seeking a skilled EAP Counselor to join our team at Workplace Options LLC. As a Workplace Wellbeing Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering mental health support to our clients onsite.

• Provide integrated EAP services, including intake and assessment, support, triage, referral, clinical case management, and crisis management.
• Deliver counseling services in a responsive, efficient, ethical, and professional manner, maintaining client confidentiality as expected by ethical standards.
• Adhere to applicable ethical, therapeutic, and legal standards governing service delivery, as well as policies, procedures, and laws that apply to the organization.
• Refer clients to appropriate resources and thoroughly maintain clinical documentation in a computerized system for follow-up regarding clinical and work-life services.
• Complete assessments with clients expressing various issues, e.g., substance abuse, mental health, and family concerns that may be impacting work performance.
• Perform initial assessment/intake, crisis intervention, information and referral, and counseling services to clients, completing timely follow-up calls where necessary.
• Undertake additional tasks as identified by the clinical management team.
• Facilitate trainings, conduct, and participate in orientation, and develop and implement strategic activities for the organization.

• Master's degree or diploma in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• At least two years directly related experience providing counseling or mental health services.
• Licensure or clinical certification required.
• Trauma experience is valued.
