About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Jeet Auto Sales. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise to customers, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Inventory Organization: Maintain accurate inventory records, organize stock, and ensure a clean and organized sales environment.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
