Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and Coordinate Facilities Activities
    • Oversee the work of facilities staff, including maintenance, repairs, and custodial services.
    • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Manage Facilities Operations
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective facilities operations.
    • Monitor and control facilities budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are maintained to high standards.
  • Communicate Effectively
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with facilities staff, management, and clients to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in supervising and coordinating facilities activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
