Job Title: Facilities Supervisor

Kleenway Building Maintenance Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning and maintenance team, ensuring that our facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning and maintenance team
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
  • Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending
Work Environment:

The Facilities Supervisor will work in a variety of settings, including office buildings, and will be required to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
