Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at Anthem Entertainment L.P. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, performing general office duties, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments
  • Perform general office duties, such as data entry and filing
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Utilize accounting software to track and manage accounts receivable
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
