Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing cash receipts, processing payments, and resolving customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile cash receipts, ensuring accurate and timely posting to the general ledger.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to billing and payments.
  • Prepare and send invoices, statements, and other financial documents to customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, including balances and payment history.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or a related field.
