Role Overview

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in the upkeep of Integrated Management Systems at global, regional, and site levels.
  • Provide training on essential system requirements, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
  • Conduct training sessions for internal ISO auditors and management systems.
  • Support the implementation of both global and regional quality processes.
  • Oversee the corporate internal audit schedule while monitoring site audit timelines and documentation, offering guidance and support as necessary.
  • Utilize management tools, graphs, and reports to analyze and communicate quality results.
  • Improve document retention practices; manage ISO/system documentation, oversee certification processes, and mentor the organization on system maintenance.
  • Lead quality initiatives, gather and report data, and apply problem-solving methodologies to enhance processes across all levels.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Your Qualifications

  • A college degree in a relevant technical field is preferred.
  • Experience in quality assurance roles within automotive or logistics sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other industry standards.
  • Knowledge of customer systems such as Chrysler, Ford, GM, BMW, Audi, and VW is beneficial.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
