Position Overview:

The Senior IT Quality Analyst is a highly experienced professional who leverages extensive knowledge to enhance processes and workflows within the IT Quality domain. This role requires a profound understanding of how various areas interconnect within the sub-function and contribute to the overarching goals of the organization. The analyst evaluates complex issues with significant potential impact, balancing various alternatives and conflicting situations through comprehensive information analysis.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and product deployment, providing recommendations for solutions and enhancements.
  • Conduct detailed process monitoring, product evaluations, and audits; report findings and suggest actionable solutions.
  • Ensure that project standards and procedures are well-documented and adhered to throughout the software development lifecycle, recommending improvements as necessary.
  • Monitor product compliance with established standards and procedures, identifying risks and proposing solutions; facilitate annual reviews of standards and procedures.
  • Document findings and perform root cause analyses to recommend enhancements; collaborate with other technology areas to establish new standards and procedures.
  • Ensure all corrective actions are assigned, documented, and completed, verifying traceability in project outputs and maintaining quality metrics reports.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of technical concepts within the area and a basic awareness of related fields.
  • Act as a mentor and advisor to junior team members.
  • Make evaluative judgments based on factual analysis in complex situations, providing effective solutions.
  • Directly influence team performance by ensuring the quality of deliverables from self and others.
  • Utilize strong communication and diplomacy skills to convey complex information effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Assess risks in business decisions, prioritizing the firm's reputation and safeguarding its assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in an IT Quality role.
  • Proven execution capabilities.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, including test automation and script development.
  • Project management experience is preferred.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
