About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior/Risk Operations Agent to join our team at Dapper Labs, a pioneer in blockchain entertainment. As a key member of our risk management team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify emerging patterns and trends in web3 transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that balance risk management with user experience.
  • Engage with users through effective communication to ensure a seamless and secure experience.
Requirements
  • Passionate about web3 and blockchain technology.
  • Proven experience in compliance risk management, including KYC, onboarding, and transaction monitoring.
  • Strong background in fraud analysis, with expertise in identifying money laundering patterns and blockchain investigations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and online fraud.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
