Senior/Risk Operations Agent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity in the blockchain and cryptocurrency landscape.
  • Analyze vast behavioral and transactional data to identify emerging patterns and develop creative solutions to mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and secure user experiences.
  • Engage with users through effective communication, ensuring a seamless and secure experience.
Requirements:
  • Passionate about Web3 and blockchain technology.
  • Experience in compliance risk management, including KYC, compliance on-boarding, and transaction monitoring.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a keen understanding of fraud schemes and digital security.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
