About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior/Risk Operations Agent to join our team at Dapper Labs, a pioneer in blockchain entertainment. As a key member of our risk management team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify emerging patterns and trends in web3 transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that balance risk management with user experience.
  • Engage with users through clear and effective communication, ensuring a seamless and secure experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in compliance risk management, with a focus on KYC, onboarding, and transaction monitoring.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with web3 technologies and blockchain ecosystems.
