Position Overview

As the Sales Capabilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our sales organization by developing and delivering impactful learning programs. You will be responsible for enhancing the knowledge, skills, and behaviors of our sales team to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive training initiatives that align with the evolving needs of our sales force.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify key capability gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Facilitate engaging learning sessions and create dynamic training schedules to maximize knowledge retention.
  • Work hand-in-hand with field sales teams to understand their specific challenges and tailor training programs accordingly.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning modules.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluency in French is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably within the beverage industry.
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
