Job Summary:

Teleperformance is seeking a highly skilled Sales Trainer to join our team. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering internal training on Google Ads product suite, translating knowledge into sales narratives with clients and agencies.

Schedule:
  • We have a fixed schedule Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
Responsibilities:
  • You will align with the Training Manager and Google PSA managers to develop and deliver product training programs.
  • You will ensure sales and product training are clearly defined, documented, and delivered for each role within the organization on a quarterly basis.
  • You will implement internal and external best practices into the product training to lead to improved sales performance and profit.
  • You will provide training and support to all roles in the project on how to implement various aspects of the Google Ads in a way that will benefit the end client through increased profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • You will track and measure training results and present this back to the Operations Managers and Client.
  • You will complete at least 1 call shadow per week.
  • You will deliver 2 progressive trainings per week +1 Microlearning session.
  • You will onboard new hire classes.
  • You will present Training updates and insights on a weekly basis.
Qualifications:
  • You must have a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • You must have at least 1 year of training experience in a sales-driven environment (inbound or outbound).
  • You must have extensive knowledge of Google product offerings.
  • You must have strong interest in delivering training in a classroom and remote setting.
  • You must be able to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  • You must have public speaking skills.
  • Desirable experience working in a structured sales environment.
  • Desirable an experienced trainer.
  • Desirable project management skills.
