About the Role

Peak Associates Limited is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and supporting auction operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing logistics, coordinating on-site activities, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, potential buyers, and sellers, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries efficiently.
  • Logistics Management: Manage on-site logistics, including setting up auctions, coordinating the removal of auction lots, and verifying purchases.
  • Auction Support: Assist in writing auction descriptions, uploading photos, and creating promotional materials to drive sales.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during auctions and take ownership of customer issues to ensure a positive resolution.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles with a strong focus on customer service and relationship building.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage logistics effectively and work independently.
  • Previous experience in auction services or logistics coordination is an asset.
