About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at MUFG Investor Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and excellence in the world of financial services technology.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cultivate Analytics Mindset: Develop a deep understanding of business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver recommendations for project directions.
  3. Enhance Skills and Knowledge: Continuously develop expertise in financial and derivatives instruments, and apply knowledge to propose solutions for business challenges.
  4. Communicate Effectively: Present findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders, including executives.
Qualifications
  1. Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the investment industry, with a strong understanding of investment accounting and NAV valuation.
  2. Financial Knowledge: Good knowledge of financial and derivatives instruments, including carried interest, management fees, etc.
  3. Technical Skills: Experience with fund accounting software, such as Investran, Geneva, or Yardi, and strong proficiency in MS Excel.
  4. Business Acumen: Strong experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and managing business stakeholders.
  5. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills.
  6. Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  7. Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
