Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Technician to join our team at Tim Hortons. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting
  • College/CEGEP diploma in accounting or related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
