Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at 2600507 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of engineering specifications and drawings, participating in field surveys, inspections, and technical investigations, and preparing construction specifications, costs, and material estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing engineering specifications and drawings
  • Participate in field surveys, inspections, or technical investigations
  • Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates
  • Prepare engineering designs and drawings
  • Prepare project schedules
  • Supervise or conduct field surveys, inspections, technical investigations, and testing of construction materials
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 3-4 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors
  • Sound discrimination and ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Work Environment:

Our team works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and handle heavy loads. You must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods and have excellent sound discrimination.
