As a Senior Manager, Data Science, your responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding and mentoring Data Scientists in analyzing intricate issues, defining essential metrics, and pinpointing key business drivers
  • Collaborating with leadership across various departments to execute quantitative analyses and visually present data for informed decision-making
  • Shaping marketing, sales, finance, and product strategies by providing actionable insights derived from data analysis
  • Fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across multiple divisions within the organization
  • Working closely with Data and MarTech leaders to select tools and establish processes that support the company's experimentation strategy
  • Delivering valuable insights to business and product leaders regarding market dynamics, user behaviors, and long-term trends
  • Developing data models that align with the company's evolving business landscape

What YOU bring to the role:

  • Over 1 year of experience managing a team of data scientists and delivering impactful analyses
  • A degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a similar quantitative role
  • The capability to address ambiguous challenges in a structured, data-supported manner
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical audiences and influence strategic decisions
  • Experience in funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, and statistical modeling
  • Proficiency in SQL queries, ETL processes, A/B testing, and statistical analysis tools such as Matlab, R, SAS, or Python
  • Familiarity with analytics and visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI
