About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recreation Administrative Clerk to join our team at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS). As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support for the planning, organization, and delivery of community recreation activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile expenses and liaise with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations for action.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Apply policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A college diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases.
  • French language proficiency is essential.
