SAP ETM and Plant Maintenance Specialist

R.W. Tomlinson Limited is in search of a seasoned SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in Equipment Tools Management (ETM) and Plant Maintenance (PM). Our focus is on delivering excellence and operational efficiency through the strategic application of SAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary expert for SAP ETM and PM modules.
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to enhance and support the system.
  • Assist super users and end users with daily operations and system improvements.
  • Coordinate with developers for system modifications, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and the SAP support team regarding ETM and PM.
  • Document standard configurations and best practices effectively.
  • Engage in long-term strategic planning and roadmap development.
  • Generate and maintain operational reports and KPI dashboards.
  • Facilitate cross-training among team members.
  • Participate in the testing and rollout of system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for utilizing SAP ETM and PM modules.
  • Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements to optimize SAP ETM/PM functionality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of experience with SAP ETM and PM modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori, and Business Client.
  • Familiarity with standard SAP implementation and development practices, including blueprint creation, process flows, and work instructions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
