About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Advisor to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC. As a key member of our commercial accounts team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, building long-term relationships, and helping to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist producers and marketers with all aspects of servicing commercial accounts, including policy documentation and client communication.
  • Meet existing clients' needs by processing documentation, reviewing policy accuracy, and ensuring timely renewals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Level 2 Insurance License or willingness to obtain.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of one year commercial insurance experience as an Insurance Advisor.
  • Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive client experiences and meet their desired needs.
What We Offer
