Position Overview

The Guest Services team is dedicated to ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests from the moment they book their adventure. The Seasonal Coordinator for Guest Services plays a crucial role in managing trip deposits and final payments, addressing inquiries about our programs, processing necessary documentation, and preparing essential reports for our lodges while supporting our remote teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Confirm guest bookings, including securing payments, processing questionnaires and waivers, and sending final confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and manage accounts effectively.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and incomplete information.
  • Foster relationships with guests and collaborate with remote lodge teams.
  • Ensure accuracy in lodge reports.
  • Communicate updates and changes with each lodge prior to trips.
  • Provide account statements to guests upon request.
  • Assist in implementing health and safety initiatives.
  • Support sustainability efforts within the organization.
  • Participate in emergency response training and support as needed.
  • Assist guests and staff during field programs as required.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional office environment.
  • Preferred experience in the ski industry.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally.
  • Manual dexterity for operating office equipment consistently.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Occasional travel may be required for industry functions.
