Position Overview

The Guest Services team is dedicated to managing guest bookings from the initial deposit to the final experience, ensuring an exceptional guest journey. The Seasonal Coordinator for Guest Services plays a crucial role in processing trip deposits and final payments, addressing program inquiries, handling questionnaires and waivers, and dispatching final confirmations. This position also involves preparing reports for lodges and providing support to remote lodge teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Confirm guest reservations, including all associated tasks such as securing trip payments, processing questionnaires and waivers, and sending final confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and manage guest accounts effectively.
  • Follow up on late payments and missing information as necessary.
  • Foster relationships with guests and remote lodge teams.
  • Verify the accuracy of all lodge reports.
  • Communicate with each lodge prior to trips and update any changes as required.
  • Provide account statements to guests upon request.
  • Assist in implementing health and safety initiatives.
  • Support sustainability initiatives within the organization.
  • Participate in training and provide support during emergency response situations as needed.
  • Assist guests and employees during field programs as required.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional office environment.
  • Experience in the ski industry is preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally.
  • Manual dexterity for operating a computer and office equipment consistently.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs arise.
  • May require occasional travel to various locations and industry events.
