Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Go Logistics Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating various HR activities, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations
    • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet the organization's goals.
  • Employee Support
    • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures to resolve employee concerns and issues.
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and information to perform their duties effectively.
  • Compliance and Administration
    • Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, maintaining the organization's reputation and minimizing risk.
    • Manage contracts, training and development strategies, and other HR-related documents and records.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information to prepare reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement communication strategies to keep employees informed about HR-related matters and organizational changes.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
