Position Overview

The Quality Control Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and excellence of our products at Canada Golden Foods Limited. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at maintaining high standards in production and quality assurance.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 1 to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement quality assurance programs for production and inventory.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Supervise production activities to uphold quality control measures.
  • Plan and design layouts for production facilities to optimize workflow.
  • Develop and execute health, safety, and fire prevention strategies.
  • Facilitate safety training initiatives for staff.
  • Create and refine manufacturing and processing protocols.
  • Assist in the preparation of estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant experience in quality control or a related field.
