Key Responsibilities

  • Process Inspection and Oversight: Conduct regular inspections of production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Production Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and coordinate production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Facilities Design and Maintenance: Design and maintain plant layouts and production facilities to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental Management: Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental plans to ensure a safe and sustainable work environment.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development programs for production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
