Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Canada Golden Foods Limited. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Quality Programs: Design and execute production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Inspect and Monitor Processes: Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent defects and ensure quality.
  • Oversee Production Operations: Supervise production staff and ensure that all manufacturing processes are carried out in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
  • Design and Implement Safety Plans: Develop and implement health, safety, and fire prevention plans to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Conduct Training and Development: Provide training and development programs for production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality assurance and manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and Maintain Procedures: Create and maintain manufacturing and processing procedures to ensure consistency and quality in our products.
  • Support Business Operations: Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports to support business operations and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
