About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Bang'in Burger & Wings. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Culinary Leadership: Lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional food and service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and healthy environment, and that all quality standards are met.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional food and service.
