Job Summary

Bang'in Burger & Wings is seeking a skilled Culinary Manager to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for coordinating special events, planning menus, and ensuring the highest quality food service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate special events and functions, including menu planning and food preparation.
  • Plan and implement menu changes, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer preferences.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training on food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
