Join Our Team as an Asset Management Analyst

At the Correspondence Unit (CU), you will become an integral part of a dedicated and collaborative team focused on managing communication for the Minister and Deputy Minister.

Our unit is responsible for overseeing the flow of over 50,000 pieces of correspondence annually, fostering strong relationships across the ministry as we formulate thoughtful and impactful responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and editing correspondence
  • Providing technical support
  • Delivering accurate information to the public

Qualifications:

- A post-secondary degree in English, Business English, journalism, communications, or professional writing.

- A minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in writing, copyediting, and proofreading, or in a communications-related role.

- Proven experience in liaising with and maintaining effective relationships with senior officials and their teams.

- Over one (1) year of experience utilizing the CLIFF Tracking System, with reporting experience considered an asset.

- More than one (1) year of experience in retrieving records for Freedom of Information requests or Litigation Document Discovery requests.
