The City of Kamloops is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a permanent, full-time Business Analyst. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and requirements.
- Design and implement IT solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality and usability of solutions.
Qualifications for Business Analyst II ($47.732/hour):
- A post-secondary degree in Information Technology, Business, Sciences, or Engineering.
- Completion of at least four courses recognized in an accredited Business Analysis or Project Management Certificate Program.
- A minimum of three years' experience in Business Analysis with enterprise applications, including project management and systems architecture.
Qualifications for Business Analyst I ($46.098/hour):
- A post-secondary degree in Information Technology, Business, Sciences, or Engineering.
- Completion of at least one course recognized in an accredited Business Analysis Certificate program.
- A minimum of one year’s experience in Business Analysis with enterprise-class systems.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (summer)
8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (winter)
Hours per Week: 35
Hourly Rate: $47.732
