Senior Surface Land Administrator/Project Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Surface Land Administrator/Project Coordinator to join our team at Scott Land Ltd. As a key member of our surface team, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering surface land projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer surface land projects, ensuring compliance with relevant land legislation and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective project delivery.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the surface team, including data management, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Collaborate with land brokers and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of surface land experience in Alberta, with a strong understanding of relevant land legislation and regulations.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with strong Excel skills and ability to integrate new software into daily workflows.
- Experience in a billable time environment, with a preference for land broker experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
