Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of food preparation and assist in the preparation of food items for the day.
  • Assist with cash handling, POS, debit transactions, and daily banking.
  • Order food and supplies from preferred vendors.
  • Conduct inventory controls and maintain accurate records.
  • Complete opening and closing station checklists and maintain daily temperature logs.
  • Adhere to all regulated health and safety procedures and report any safety hazards to management immediately.
  • Assist with daily safety observations and cross-train in areas as needed.
  • Perform tasks as requested by your manager on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Lead all aspects of food service operations and advise employees working on the line to ensure timely and effective service of customers.

Requirements
